Frequently asked questions

What can I use All Things Dog for?

All Things Dog provides public directories for dog breeders and dog care services, dog-friendly places, ancestry records, a marketplace, and community notices. The information shown is the information currently published on the site.

Can I browse All Things Dog without an account?

Visitors can browse the public directories and published pages without signing in. An account is required for actions that the site protects, such as account-based marketplace or partner features.

How current is information on a public listing?

A public listing shows information that is currently published and eligible to appear on All Things Dog. Listings, availability, prices, and provider details can change, so confirm important details directly with the relevant provider or seller.

What does a certified partner listing mean?

Certified is a status used by All Things Dog for an eligible partner profile. The site's partner process describes an assessment that includes documentation, references, and premises before a listing goes live. It is a directory status, not a promise about a particular outcome, and visitors should make their own checks before engaging a provider.

How do I contact a breeder or service provider?

Open the public partner profile and use the website or booking link shown there, when one is available. All Things Dog does not provide the listed service, so confirm availability, pricing, and suitability directly with the provider.

What does Find My Puppy do?

Find My Puppy is a guided search that uses the choices you provide to show matching available puppies and upcoming litters from published breeder information. Results depend on the current listings and are not a guarantee that a puppy is available or suitable.
