The Puppy Pros is an Auckland puppy training company dedicated to helping families raise happy, well-mannered and socially confident dogs. We specialise in engaging puppy classes for puppies aged 8–20 weeks, held at Pets in the City’s Central Bark facility in Parnell. Led by qualified puppy specialist Madeleine de Vrije, who has helped train approximately 3,500 puppies, our classes use practical, reward-based methods that are easy to continue at home. Families learn essential foundation skills while receiving expert guidance with puppy biting, toilet training, socialisation, enrichment and everyday puppy behaviour. Our thoughtfully designed programme includes supervised puppy play, a comprehensive handbook, a curated welcome pack, a professional puppy portrait and a graduation certificate.
